Qigong is a meditative exercise a series of fluid movements with controlled breathing and mind.

Tai Chi” Exercise is just one form of Qigong. Almost 60 millions people, in China, start their day with this exercise particularly the elderly because it can relax mind and body while balancing the Yin and Yang energies. In China, there are many cancer patients practicing “Cancer Qigong” everyday as an integrated part of their treatment program. A good percentage of these patients prolonged their lives by several sears, and some have recovered totally.

People can improve their health and prevent diseases by practicing Qigong regularly. Studies indicate Qigong can help all chronic health problems such as heart diseases, high blood pressure, stroke or respiratory problems, even cancer.

A Qigong master is usually a teacher also a healer; if he does acupuncture, the result of treatment will be much better and more effective than an ordinary acupuncturist who does not do Qigong because Qigong Master has bertter control of qi.
